What are your standard shipping times?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Metro Manila takes 3-5 business days, while provincial orders may take 7-10 business days depending on the courier.
Are all products sold on Toby's Sports authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that 100% of our products are authentic. We are an authorized retailer for all brands we carry, including Nike, Adidas, Wilson, and Spalding.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned.
Can I have my tennis racket restrung or my jersey personalized?
Yes, we offer professional racket restringing and jersey printing services at select Toby's Sports physical store locations. Please contact your nearest branch for availability.
